About Inge

My name is Inge von Liebenstein-Vrugt. Offering a listening ear to complete strangers is something I have been doing for many years in my work as a Purser at KLM. I have been flying for over 30 years and since 2008 I have been an internal Confidential Advisor for cabin crew.

I’m available to guide and assist people, with great consideration and commitment. These qualities come into play a lot in my flying career.

After being asked to act as a Confidential Advisor for another organisation, I was inspired to become qualified as a confidential advisor at the Landelijk Instituut Vertrouwenspersonen (LIVP) in early 2025. After successfully achieving this, I was able to be registered as a confidential advisor with the Landelijke Vereniging van Vertrouwenspersonen (LVV).

As an independent Confidential Advisor, I provide support to employees who are confronted by an inappropriate or socially unsafe situation. I also have a preventative function by inspiring and advising organisations on how to prevent unacceptable behaviour in the workplace.
