I can inspire and support you, by providing information and input to your RI&Epolicy, to maintain or create a socially safe working environment and thrustworthy organisation.
As an experienced and LVV-registered Confidential Advisor, I can provide a preventative and structured support by:
- Giving trainings to both employees and management
- Offering a listening ear to all employees, also in English
- Identifying undesirable trends
- Advising management, Works Councils and HRM on PWS policy
- Facilitating anonymous annual reports
Together we can create awareness around social safety and make it safe to talk about unacceptable behaviour.
It goes without saying that I am up-to-date with all the relevant current legislation. I also have a background in Work & Organisational Psychology, which contributes to my expertise in how an organisation’s culture can influence on its working environment.

Did you know…
The Government proposal to make it compulsory for organisations to have a confidential advisor by 2023 has been adopted by the House of Representatives?
Soon it will become compulsory for employees in organisations of 10 people or more, to have access to a confidential advisor.
