As an experienced and LVV-registered Confidential Advisor, I can provide a preventative and structured support by:

  • Giving trainings to both employees and management
  • Offering a listening ear to all employees, also in English
  • Identifying undesirable trends
  • Advising management, Works Councils and HRM on PWS policy
  • Facilitating anonymous annual reports

Together we can create awareness around social safety and make it safe to talk about unacceptable behaviour.

It goes without saying that I am up-to-date with all the relevant current legislation. I also have a background in Work & Organisational Psychology, which contributes to my expertise in how an organisation’s culture can influence on its working environment.
