My name is Inge von Liebenstein-Vrugt. Offering a listening ear, being accessible to people, guiding them and giving them information is something I do with great consideration and commitment.

Despite all good intentions, every organisation can be affected by psychosocial workstress (PWS). PWS can occur in any organisation, causing direct or indirect stress to employees. PWS refers to undesirable behaviour such as (sexual) harassment, bullying, discrimination, aggression and violence. And there may be integrity issues, such as fraud, money laundering or theft. 

As an independent Confidential Advisor, I’ll be there for you and can guide you on dealing with inappropriate behaviour. I also advise and inspire organisations on how to maintain or create a socially safe and ethical working environment.
